The path that I travel is to generate traffic and sales leads from a website.  It is nice to get lots of traffic to a website and to be ranked high in search engines, It is another to get good solid business commercial sales leads and/or Consumer sales leads.

The best-proven results have been with businesses that sell to other businesses on a nationwide basis.
I have one wholesale company that will make between  1000 Visitors a day average. This one is number one in google keywords search averaging $400K

Another business that prints and mails statements for other businesses, has sold over $30,000+ with a current potential of $500,000 a year in new business sign up in the next couple of months.


A consumer site in the home improvement business has generated 500 leads each year for 2 years

A business-to-business telecom site 360 day old has produced 258 leads.

So you can see the results vary, at least they are proven results.
