I came across this post on Atlantis, I very much interested in history.  I had never seen this suggestion

of the location of the Atlantis before, maybe somewhere near Greece. I read this website for about 20

minutes and found myself leaning to this way of thought could the Americas be the The Kingdom of Atlantis

that has been written about for centuries. Very good proposal. I am going to do more research and read

the website.   I have found history confusing, because the history I learned in High School and College,

some not all is starting to have been mistakenly reported as fact, like America states that Columbus

discovered America,NOT, European history has in their text books that Columbus's men got syphilis

disease from Native Americans and brought it back to Europe, Not, it had been there already been

in Europe, in the port cities for over 1000 years. 

Please give us your thoughts. This is could be some very good stuff

Was Atlantis a real place? Where did the story originate? Where did the storyteller get his information?

Dennis retells the store after matching the terrain features that Plato wrote about with present terrain
features found in the Americas. You will find that Plato recorded and published the story just as it was
told. He even recorded the discussions leading up to the story. You will also notice that there were
several obvious mistakes made in writing and translating the story from Egyptian to Greek and from
Greek to English. The biggest error occurred when travelers found a shoal of mud and thought it was
left over from the sunken island. They made and assumption. They did not state a fact. After analyzing
the writing of Plato, the author found that the storyteller was referring to the Americas as Plato's
Atlantis.

In retelling the story, the author tells how the Americas were once divided into ten kingdoms or
countries and the kingdom of Atlantis was one of them. The country of Atlantis was the biggest and
best and extended from Florida to Great Lakes. The city of Atlantis was in Florida, location in the city we
now know as Tampa. The author invites visitors to visit the site, review the facts and see if they will
come to the same conclusion or will there be differences. Dennis believes that the Americas, from South

America to Alaska were once the kingdom of Atlantis, a single nation.
