Who are the best Artists?

Who are the best artists: portrait drawers, portrait painters, sculpture's of humans or
animals, or CGI technicians, etc. I have a left field suggestion, how about Tattoos
artists. They take bare flesh and turn a drawing into an almost work of art. The
almost real look they put in to the tattoos that they draw onto their clients.
In the query, I am not including artists that do not use people, places or animals in
their craft.
