Stay mobile.

Some time is for swimming, boating, skiing, hiking, traveling, and even skating.  Every year on their birthday, I get my children inline rollerblades.  Good exercise for them, and they like to do it.  My son also likes shoes, I think the brand is heelys shoes with roller wheels built into the heals.

My children are starting to do and sound alittle like me, they found a company call Fritz's Skate and Surf, it has just about every thing you could want in rollerblades, speed inline skates, recreational inline skates, for women, children and men. Did I miss anybody.  They carry among other things, quad skates, skateboards(my favorite), back packs, helmets and major manufacturers like Heelys, K2, etc.

Skate until your heart desires no more.
