Daily routine of professional coffee drinker

It is very warm here about 95 during the day and 80 at night with a humidity of about 120, very sticking.  For some reason, just because it is hot weather, they do not drink coffee, go figure that one. Not me, morning day and night coffee. They even say to drink coffee, before workout to get the muscles warm and your heart rate a little. Coffee and weights a dream.

Mornings it is always strong coffee, espresso, double strength from a local coffee shop or made from a jura capresso machine. During the day it is just regular coffee and night maybe a frozen java chip frapichino with extra ice and shot of raspberry. Yum Yum.

Cheers from a professional coffee drinker.
