A few years back I used to run track, the two mile run was my specialty, lift weights, and work out a lot. I would take vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional supplements. They did a good job reducing muscle fatigue. Most of nutritional supplements were the same time vitamins that all the athletes were taking.
