Our homes are our castles.  We like them warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I have noticed all the flooding along the Mississippi river from rain and snow melting. The one thing we do not like in our homes is water. Thank goodness I do not live near the Mississippi river. If we find water seepage and/or drainage problems, those have to be fixed right away to prevent damage the foundation of your home.

Staying dry is a good thing.
