Since the time of Y2K I have been working with the IBM AS/400.  I convert from a UNIX system. The enterprise software had to change for Y2K so I converted the software and hardware equipment to IBM AS/400.  Since I did that change I enjoyed working on an AS400, I would not convert it to a windows server on my life.

I can still buy IBM New & Refurbished AS/400 iSeries Servers, just get maintence on them.
